IntroductionA service plan allows you to define the response times (in days) for complaints, enquiries, feedback and requests logged by your customers. For each service plan you create, you can also assign them to customers, so you can deliver/respond to customers according to the service plan they have purchased with you. When customers seek your assistance via your Service Center, and choose what service plan they have with you, the system automatically calculates the due date for the response so you can prioritise effectively.
