Introduction:
Keeping your contact list clean and relevant is essential for effective email and SMS campaigns. MyCo’s Contact Maintenance feature helps you track engagement levels so you can focus on contacts who are actively interacting with your business.
It also identifies contacts with little or no engagement, enabling you to take thoughtful next steps whether that’s unsubscribing them to keep your list healthy or reaching out with targeted messages for further engagement.
What can Contact Maintenance do?
With Contact Maintenance, you can:
1. Identify contacts who haven’t interacted with you in a long time (these are marked as No contact).
2. Find active contacts who recently engaged with your emails, forms, contracts, payments, or follow-ups — perfect for targeting potential buyers.
3. Filter your contacts based on whether they are email subscribers or not.
4. Filter by Email Subscribers / Non-subscribers
Follow the steps below to filter contacts based on their email opt-in status. See screenshot below.
1. Click on the Contacts tab
2. Select Contact Maintenance
3. Use the Email Opt-in dropdown to select the type of contacts you’d like to view

Follow the steps below to filter filter by Last Interaction. See screenshot below.
You can also filter your contact list by the last time a contact interacted with your business (via email, form, contract, payment, or follow-up):
1. Click on the Contacts tab
2. Select Contact Maintenance
3. Click the dropdown under Last interaction from contact
4. Choose the time frame you want to generate a report for

What can I do with the results?
Once you've generated your report, you can act on the selected contacts as shown in the screenshot below :
1. Email all selected
2. Group all selected
3. Edit all selected
4. Unsubscribe all selected
5. Delete all selected
