Help / FAQs
In case you haven't noticed, there is an FAQ button on the top menu.  This is visible if you are using a PC.  You can also access FAQs via Menu > Help & Support > Need some help?.  Our FAQ library has introductory content for all the features in MyCO.  Over time, we will continue to add more content, providing you with a repository of quick reference.



Notifications & Alerts
These are clearly visible on the top menu of the dashboard page.  Check these to be aware of any important notifications or alerts that require attention.



Quick Tasks
Whenever you are on the dashboard, the quick tasks button is available, so you can choose a desired task you want to carry out on the system



Information Tip
Whenever you are adding a new record or viewing an existing record, clicking on the information tip on a field will popup some text to describe what the field means.



Data field
A data field has a label, and information tip and a field for capturing data as text, or drop down options as shown in the screenshot above.



Message field
A message field is primarily used for creating content.  This includes email content, form content etc.  Personalisation tags will help you add personalisation to your content e.g. {{firstname}} to be replaced with the first name of the contact.  Form buttons are a quick way of adding a call to action to your content for the contact/recipient to easily access your form from an email etc.
