Introduction
If you have a Wordpress website, with the Woocommerce plugin activated, allowing you to sell your products/services via your Wordpress website, you can easily integrate it with your My Centre Office business account. This integration enables customers and sales to automatically flow from your Wordpress website into the Customer and Transaction lists in My Centre Office, enabling you to automate post-sale actions such as insights, thank-you notes, customer email campaigns etc.
Steps to Integrate Wordpress to My Centre Office
Requirements:
You must have the following:
1. Wordpress website with Woocommerce activated
2. My Centre Office account with Business package enabled
3. Your API Key. You can get this when you login to My Centre Office. Navigate to Menu > Settings > System Settings to copy your API key
Steps
1. Sign into your Wordpress admin/backend
2. While logged on, navigate to Woocommerce > Settings via the left-pane / user menu
3. Tap on the 'Advanced' tab
4. Choose the 'Webhooks' option
5. Tap the button to create a new webhook
6. Fill the form using the details below.
7. Use the value below, as the delivery URL in the page above
https://mycentreoffice.com/api/wp_post_contact.php?u={{ENTER YOUR API KEY HERE}}
Note - You can get your API key when you login to My Centre Office. Navigate to Menu > Settings > System Settings to copy your API key. Remove the {{ and }} after you enter your API key above.
8. Save the webhook
At this point, new transactions created on your Wordpress-Woocommerce will automatically be sent to My Centre Office. You will be able to see the customer details, and the transaction details.
