Introduction

The Insight ðŸ“Š reports reveal customers that are note-worthy, so that you can engage them further in your campaigns with the aim of realising more sales, better reviews and more referrals from the customers.

Here are the various reports that are available.

Top Appointments
Contacts who have booked the highest number of appointments during a specific period

Top Donations
Contacts who have given the most donations

Top Readers
Customers who have read most emails over a certain period

Top Responders
Customers who have mostly responded to completing forms over a certain period

Top Reviews
Top reviews over a period of time

Top Promoters
Customers who are most likely to refer your services to others

Top Spenders
Customers who have spent the highest amount over a certain period

Top Shoppers
Customers with the most number of purchases over a certain period

Worst Reviews
Worst reviews over a period of time

Neutrals
Customers who are neutral about referring your services to others

Detractors
Customers who are least likely to refer your services to others

Debtors
Customers who are yet to make any payment into outstanding invoices
